House Rules

Common Areas

  • Common areas are for use between 6 AM and 9 PM
  • Please leave common areas clean after use
  • No smoking anywhere within The Virtuoso premises
  • Alcohol consumption is permitted only within your apartment

Noise & Conduct

  • Quiet hours: 10 PM to 6 AM
  • TV, music, and conversations should not disturb neighbouring apartments
  • For celebrations involving music, book the Community Hall in advance

Guests

  • Guests must be registered at the Security Desk on arrival with valid ID
  • Guest room bookings required for overnight stays (max 5 nights)
  • Residents are responsible for their guests’ behaviour at all times

Pets

  • Pets are not permitted within The Virtuoso premises
  • Brief visits by family pets must be pre-approved by management

Maintenance & Housekeeping

  • Housekeeping schedule: [Days and time] — please ensure apartment is accessible
  • Report maintenance issues promptly through the portal or to the Warden
  • Do not attempt electrical repairs yourself — always call the maintenance team

Waste Disposal

  • Separate dry and wet waste — green bag (wet) and blue bag (dry)
  • Waste pickup: daily between [time] — keep bags outside your door

Portal Quick Start Guide

  1. Go to owners-virtuoso.in on your phone or computer
  2. Click “Members” → “Register” and fill in the form above
  3. Enter the OTP sent to your mobile to verify
  4. Set your password and log in
  5. Your Home Dashboard shows today’s meals, events, and notices
  6. Explore the Forum, Booking, and Vendor sections at your own pace
